We are committed to our customers and building strong partnerships. That’s why as long as there is an active PO in our system, we will always have parts available in our warehouse. If you experience a spike in orders that is a short lead-time or have an inventory discrepancy, we will have the product to deliver to you either the same day or the next day. Our sales and service is available 24/7 for convenience. It may seem to be odd for a cable supplier to offer this service but from time to time the need can arise for production facilities that operate 24 hours per day. We realize the importance and costs involved of shutting down a production line or a malfunctioning piece of equipment can be no matter what time of the day. A representative will be available to assist you, whatever the time and whatever your need may be.

All we need to get started is a sample or engineered wiring diagram. We will do the rest!

Each quotation will be delivered with our sample so you can verify the operation of each part. That same pre-manufactured sample will become our working sample. All testing and assembly will be verified to ensure true repeatability every time. If there are any further revisions or part changes, another sample will be produced. This eliminates the chance of ever having wrong parts delivered to the production because of confusion and wrong samples being kept.

Whether we are your primary or secondary supplier, if you get stuck and need a fix, we will come in and assist at no extra charge. There aren’t any hidden costs associated with this service. You won’t be billed for extra hours or late night calls. For all of our customers this is all part of our CUSTOMER SERVICE excellence that we strive for.
